Marketing Coordinator
With a down to earth and highly enthusiastic personality, a sound background in marketing and the ability to move things forward.
Aim of the function
She or he is responsible for all marketing, PR and communication issues in terms of Outlet Aubonne. The scope of the task reaches from developing marketing strategies to implementation of planned marketing activities in consideration of available budget and company rules and guidelines.
Responsibilities
• Creating the marketing plan of the center linked to the business plan
• Planning/Realization of marketing campaigns
• Developing a suitable PR strategy and implementation of PR measurements
• Preparing/Developing of media strategies and -co operations
• Conception of all marketing activities in the center
• Developing & implementing of information booklets and brochures
• Enhancement of the center’s web site and its permanent updating
• Responsibility for the marketing budget and its follow-up
• Market research, trend analysis and competition monitoring
• Conception and implementation of activity- and advertising areas in the centre
Your profile
• Degree in marketing
• Appropriate work experience in marketing/PR
• Entrepreneurial decision taking
• Analytic thinking and structured method of operation
• Customer orientated approach
• Knowledge of the internet as marketing tool
• Team player, organizing abilities and sense of creativeness
• Excellent command of French and English, sound knowledge in IT
• Willingness to travel

Nous recherchons pour notre département Intendance au sein de notre Centre Outlet un Electricien polyvalent à plein temps
Tes principales tâches :
Maintenance générale des bâtiments et son suivi.
Application des règles/normes légales de sécurité.
Installations techniques (tableau électrique, sprinklers, câblage…)
Gestion de notre système d’alarme et de détection incendie
Service de piquet
Tu as un CFC d’électricien et une expérience réussie dans un secteur technique ou d’entretien de bâtiments. Tu es consciencieux, de bonne condition physique, organisé, et flexible au niveau des horaires.
Tu as des qualités relationnelles qui te permettront de tisser rapidement des relations de confiance au sein de l’équipe du centre et avec les interlocuteurs externes.
Tu as un permis de conduire et tu habites dans un rayon de 20 min maximum de voiture d’Aubonne.

Aim of the function
The overall aim of the job is to preserve the value of the building and the site as well as to ensure that the building facilities function properly.
Responsibilities
• Managing a small team
• In coordination with the Maintenance Manager CH you will
o formulate a short and medium term maintenance-servicing plan
o prepare a cost budget
o conclude maintenance/inspection contracts and monitor the work to be carried out
o undertake energy projects
• Establishing and maintaining contacts with officials at the planning departments
• Administration and documentation
• Undertaking environmental protection projects
• Carrying out repairs/maintenance and dealing with running repairs in the event
of a breakdown
Your profile
• 1-3 years professional experience, ideally in property or trading environment
• Entrepreneurial decision taking ability
• Analytic thinking and structured method of operation
• Customer orientated approach
• Team player, organizing abilities and sense of creativeness
• Excellent command of English, sound knowledge in IT
